Alternative Dispute Resolution
Janet M. Graham focuses on providing alternative dispute resolution services in Kentucky. A graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law with High Distinction, she has over 28 years of legal experience. Her legal career has included private practice and legal service in both state and local government. During her career, she has practiced in state court, federal court and Kentucky's appellate court system. She is certified as a general civil mediator by the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts. Additionally Ms. Graham is a trained arbitrator as well as a KRS 13b Hearing Officer.
